Whole Wheat Multi-Grain Sandwich Loaf
A light and slightly sweet multigrain loaf made with organic NYS whole wheat flour.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, new york grown & milled organic stone-ground whole wheat flour, water, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, millet, flax, cracked wheat, organic cane sugar, sea salt, yeast.
Par-baked means: The bread is baked to 95% in our hearth oven, then flash-frozen to preserve its character – once fully defrosted you can slice it and eat it as is, slice it to toast, or pop it in the oven for 10 min at 350 degrees for that fresh-baked taste and crust
