These cookies are AMAZING. Chewy, dense, spicy and sweet… a perfect ginger molasses cookie… who would believe it is gluten free? But it is. And it is super delicious. Good luck not eating the whole pack in one sitting!

my favorite cookie (aside from the chocolate chip) is the ginger cookie. have had a lot but not satisfied with the ingredients. the cookie here is so good and you can taste the ginger which i like. i wish though that the store that carries it in nyc had more stock. luckily i can now order these online.
