So delicious. I love to put some salted butter and confiture on my toasted slices and just savour the bread. I don’t typically eat gluten-free but this seedy bread is just THAT good. Forget that it is gluten-free (or don’t), it’s just genuinely good bread. It’s hearty and has a nice bite to it, and I just thoroughly enjoy it.

This is the very best gluten-free bread I’ve eaten, hands down! Other gluten-free breads I’ve tried have been okay, but somewhat lacking in flavor and texture, and needing toasting to be palatable. This Seedy Bread is just plain yummy, with a great texture.
